DIY Fall Wreath

I made this wreath entirely from the dollar tree and my cereal cupboard! Jimmy took James with him scouting for geese last weekend, and I found myself home, alone, for the first time with nothing I HAD to do.... It was a strange feeling. I had not been away from James with nothing requiring my attention since he was born!

I dug out my glue gun and went to work!
Step one: find a cereal box. (easy enough, right?!)

Step two: cut off all of the flaps and sides, so you are left with the front and back panels!

Step three: find two bows that fit half on a panel... trace half of the large bowl on each panel and the tape them together to for a large circle.

step four: take the smaller bowl and center it on your large circle, trace and cut it out! (Make sure your tape is close to the edges so it stays together when you cut it out!)

It should look like this when you are done cutting!

Next, find some fall foliage (I got my at, you guessed it, the Dollar Tree!)

I failed to take pictures of the gluing process, but you then layer & glue all your leaves, berries, flowers, pinecones, etc. to the ring!

I finished mine off by cutting out a "T" to hang in the middle!

And here is the finished product! I love it. I would like to make the "T" white, but it works for now!
